This year we found a “glitch” in the budget billing program. We have manually calculated every account and provided refunds or new bills to each customer. Because of the fluctuations in water use due to weather, the budget billing program glitch, and the fact that only about 1% of our customers used the program, we are eliminating this program effective 2012. We will be glad to provide water usage history to authorized customers for self-budgeting payments and the debit or credit balance is always shown on the water bills.
